Your client opens the document from its link in any browser, on a phone or computer, with no account or password.
What they see
- Your brand: your logo, colors and font from the Brand page, in the template you chose.
- The whole document in its language and direction: items, amounts, tax and total, and every section you left visible.
- The document’s status at the top of the page, such as “Sent” or “Accepted”.
- A contents list on the side to jump between the document’s sections.
- Your details, social accounts and the verification documents you chose to show.
On proposals
- Accept proposal or Decline at the end of the page. When they accept, the status on your side changes to Accepted; when they decline, to Cancelled.
- Present: walks through the proposal slide by slide. See Presentation mode.
- The proposal’s expiry date, if you set how long it’s valid.
- On the Agency plan your client signs and accepts in one step. See E-signature.
The accept, decline and signing buttons only appear when the proposal’s status is Sent. If you share the link yourself or on WhatsApp, change the status to Sent first.
On invoices
Your client sees Payment Methods: your bank accounts with the account holder, IBAN and account number, with a button to copy the IBAN and the account number.
What they don’t need, and what isn’t there
- Your client doesn’t need a Muqtarah account, and only sees the document you sent.
- They can’t download a PDF from the page. If they want one, send it by email from Muqtarah, or download it and send it yourself.
- They don’t pay inside Muqtarah. They transfer the amount to your bank account, and you change the status to Paid.
