Setting up your profile ensures that your professional details, contact info, and payment instructions appear automatically on every document you create.
Business Details
- Navigate to Settings from the bottom of the sidebar.
- In the Profile tab, provide:
- Business Name or Personal Name: Displayed in the document header as the sender.
- Email and Phone Number: For client communication and inquiries.
- City and Country: e.g., Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- VAT or Freelance License Number: Displayed prominently if registered for VAT or operating under a freelance certificate.
Default Bank Accounts
You can save your primary banking information once so it populates into invoices automatically:
- Bank Name (e.g., Al Rajhi Bank, SNB, Alinma).
- Beneficiary Name.
- IBAN number starting with the country prefix (e.g., SA).
Saving your IBAN in settings eliminates typos and speeds up client bank transfers.
Language Preferences
Muqtarah offers a fully localized bilingual interface in Arabic and English. Switch languages at any time:
- Click the language toggle located in the sidebar or bottom control bar.
- Or go to Settings > Preferences to lock in your preferred default interface language.
