The Digital E-Signature capability lets clients sign and legally accept proposals directly from their smartphone or computer screen.
Client e-signatures are an exclusive feature of the Agency plan.

How Clients Sign Proposals

When opening a proposal with signatures enabled:
  1. The client reviews project deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.
  2. In the footer acceptance section, they click Sign & Accept Proposal.
  3. A signing modal appears with multiple input methods:
    • Draw Signature: Freehand signature using touch or mouse pointer.
    • Type Name: Generate an approved signature from their typed legal name.
    • Upload Stamp / Image: Upload an existing corporate stamp or scanned signature.
  4. Once submitted, the proposal status updates immediately to Accepted with an immutable timestamp, and the signature embeds directly into the official PDF export.
