Open **Templates** in the sidebar. Here are the client view templates for proposals and invoices, each shown in your colors and font from the [Brand](/en/workspace/brand) page. ## Pick your default template Choose **Invoices** or **Proposals**, then click **Set as default** on the template you want. Your documents of that type follow it, except a document you gave a different template in the editor. ## Customize a template Click **Customize** on any template, or **New template**. When you customize a ready-made template, we make you a copy to change as you like. * **Layout**: Classic, Modern Sidebar, or Corporate (proposals only). * **Page style**: corner radius, inner radius, spacing, card padding and outline width. * **Blocks**: pick a block, or click it in the preview, to change its fill, corners and padding. **Reset to page style** puts it back. * **Describe the look you want**: write a design request for the AI, and it applies it to the template. Each request counts from your monthly AI balance. Click **Save** when you're done. You need at least one document to preview the design on a real document. ## By plan | Plan | What you get | | - | - | | **Free** | The free templates: pick one as your default, and every document follows it. Other templates are marked **Upgrade**. | | **Pro** and **Agency** | Every template, customizing them, and a different template per document from the **Template** panel in the editor. | ## Delete a template Choose **Delete template**.
