# Team

> Invite up to 5 members to work with you on the same documents and clients, on the Agency plan.

  Teams are on the **Agency** plan, with up to 5 members.

## Invite a member

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Team">
    In **Settings**, choose **Team**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the invite">
    Enter the member's email in **Invite by email**, then click **Invite**. They show as **Pending**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="The member accepts">
    The member opens the invite link from their email, logs in or creates an account, then clicks **Accept invite**. They change to **Active**.

<Tip>
  If the member opened the link before logging in, they should log in and then open the invite link from their email again.
</Tip>

## What a member can do

* Work on the team's documents and clients: create, edit and share.
* See the account settings and brand read-only; only the account owner can change them.
* The team's subscription and billing stay with the account owner.

## Remove a member or leave the team

* **Account owner**: click **Remove** next to the member. They lose access right away, and what they created stays with the team.
* **Member**: in **Settings** under **Team**, click **Leave**. You lose access to the team's documents and clients right away, and you can be invited back later.
