# Brand: logo, colors and font

> Put your logo, colors and font on every proposal and invoice. They apply to your documents and your client's page only, never the app.

  The **Brand** page is on the **Pro** and **Agency** plans. On the Free plan your documents show your logo from Settings with the default colors and font.

Open **Brand** in the sidebar. The page shows a **Document preview** of what your client sees, updated with every change. Click **Save** when you're done.

## Logo

Upload a PNG, SVG or WebP image, up to 2 MB, ideally with a transparent background. The logo appears in your document's header and footer, and in the email your client receives.

## Document colors

Four main colors, each painting parts of the document:

| Color | What it paints |
| - | - |
| **Primary** | The header, totals card and footer background. |
| **Headings** | The document title, section titles and the total. |
| **Accent** | Amounts, icons, outlines and the accept button. |
| **Body text** | Content text and borders. |

Want a different color for one part? Click **Customize parts** under a color, and give a part such as the header, the totals card or the amounts its own color. Every part without its own color follows its main color. To start over, click **Default colors**.

## Document font

* **App font** on: your documents use Muqtarah's own font.
* Turn it off to pick another font:
  * **Arabic and English**: 19 fonts that draw Arabic and Latin letters, such as Rubik, Cairo, Tajawal, Almarai and IBM Plex Sans Arabic.
  * **English only**: 20 fonts for English documents. Arabic text in them shows in the app font.
  * **Your own font**: upload a woff2, woff, ttf or otf file, up to 3 MB.

## Where these settings show

* On all your documents, existing and new, on your client's page, and in PDFs and images.
* In every template in the [Client View Studio](/en/workspace/templates): the template sets the shape, the colors and font come from here.
* They don't change anything in the app itself.
