## About Muqtarah

    Yes. The Free plan is free for good and needs no card: 5 documents a month, PDF and image downloads, up to 10 saved clients, and the client page. Compare plans in [Plans and pricing](/en/account/plans).

  <Accordion title="Why is my account on the waitlist?">
    Muqtarah is in beta launch, and new accounts join a waitlist. Your account is saved, and we email you as soon as it's activated.

  <Accordion title="Does Muqtarah work on my phone?">
    Yes, right in your phone's browser, with no app to install. Your document page also fits your client's phone screen.

  <Accordion title="Can I make documents in English?">
    Yes. Pick the **Document language** when you create a document, or change your new documents' language in **Settings** under **Preferences**. Your client opens the document in its language and direction.

## About clients

  <Accordion title="Does my client need a Muqtarah account?">
    No. Your client opens the document from its link in any browser, and accepts or declines a proposal, with no account or password.

  <Accordion title="Can my client pay inside Muqtarah?">
    No. Your client sees your bank accounts on the invoice and transfers the amount directly, then you change the document's status to **Paid**.

  <Accordion title="Can my client download a PDF from the page?">
    There's no download button on the client page. Send the document by email from Muqtarah so they receive the PDF as an attachment, or download it and send it yourself.

  <Accordion title="Do I get notified when my client opens or accepts a document?">
    Muqtarah doesn't send notifications for now. When your client accepts or declines a proposal, its status changes automatically on **Documents**, so check it there.

## About documents

  <Accordion title="Can I edit a document after sending it?">
    Yes. The link always shows the latest saved version, so your client sees your change when they open it or refresh the page. If you sent a PDF, click **Update PDF** so the file carries your changes.

  <Accordion title="Can I change the number of a specific document?">
    Numbers are given automatically so they never repeat, and can't be edited for a single document. You can change the number format for your new documents in **Settings** under **Preferences**, in **Document numbers**.

  <Accordion title="Why don't my bank accounts show on a proposal?">
    Bank accounts show on invoices only, in **Payment Methods**. Proposals have a **Payment** section to lay out the payment schedule instead.

  <Accordion title="Are Muqtarah invoices ZATCA-approved e-invoices?">
    No. Muqtarah doesn't issue e-invoices connected to ZATCA's Fatoora platform (no QR code or XML file), and it isn't an accounting system. Meeting the authority's requirements in your country is your responsibility.

## About your account and subscription

  <Accordion title="Which payment methods can I use for my subscription?">
    Cards through Moyasar: mada, Visa and Mastercard.

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
    In **Settings** under **Billing**, click **Switch to Free**. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your documents aren't deleted. More in [Subscription and payment](/en/account/subscription).

  <Accordion title="Are my data and my clients' data safe?">
    Each account only sees its own data, and document links are private and hard to guess. We process your clients' data on your behalf only to provide the service, and don't use it for anything else. Read the [Privacy Policy](https://muqtarah.app/en/privacy-policy).
