# Quickstart

> Create your first professional proposal or invoice with your branding in under a minute using AI.

Welcome to Muqtarah. The platform is designed to replace hours spent wrangling Word templates with a streamlined workflow that starts with a single sentence and ends with a live link sent directly to your client.

  <Step title="Sign in to your account">
    Log in to your dashboard at [muqtarah.app/login](https://muqtarah.app/login).

  <Step title="Start a new document">
    From the home screen, click the **+ New document** button in the top bar or sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Describe your project">
    Enter a simple description of your work and estimated budget, for example:

    Proposal for e-commerce brand identity design, 7,500 SAR, including logo design, brand guidelines, and social media templates
    ```

    Then click **Generate document**.

  <Step title="Review and customize">
    AI builds the line items, pricing, notes, and payment terms in seconds. Edit any field, reorder sections, or add new items in the section editor.

  <Step title="Share with your client">
    Click **Share** to send a live client portal link, or download a print-ready PDF to deliver over WhatsApp or email.

  On the Free plan, you can create up to 5 documents per month, export them as PDF, and deliver them through live client portal links.
