# Section Editor & Document Structure

> Learn how to reorder, toggle, and customize document sections with live preview and auto-save.

Muqtarah uses a modular section-based architecture. Rather than an unconstrained canvas where layouts easily break in Arabic, your document is constructed from cleanly structured sections that guarantee high visual quality across devices.

## Standard Document Sections

1. **Header**: Contains your brand logo, document serial number, issue date, and expiry or payment due date.
2. **Client Details**: Client company name, contact person, email, and phone. Choose from saved clients with one click.
3. **Items & Deliverables**: Tabular breakdown of services, quantities, rates, and itemized descriptions.
4. **Totals & Tax**: Automated subtotal calculations, custom discounts, and VAT computation.
5. **Terms & Scope**: Project delivery milestones, payment terms, and intellectual property conditions.
6. **Bank & Payment Details**: IBAN numbers, beneficiary names, and bank instructions.
7. **Notes & Verification**: Additional remarks and document verification badges.

## Reordering and Toggling Sections

In the editor's section sidebar:

* **Drag and drop** any section handle up or down to adjust document flow.
* **Click the visibility toggle** to hide any section you do not require for a specific client (e.g., hiding the bank section on an unaccepted proposal).

## Auto-Save and Multi-Device Preview

* **Live Auto-Save**: Changes persist automatically to the cloud as you type.
* **Responsive Preview**: Switch effortlessly between desktop view, mobile viewport, and print-ready PDF mode to verify client-facing presentation.
