# Create with AI

> Describe your project the way you'd explain it to your client, and the AI writes the items, prices and details. Then edit what you like.

## Two ways to start

    Write your description in **Describe the document you need**, choose **Proposal** or **Invoice**, then click **Generate with AI**. The fastest way to start.

    Click **New document** in the sidebar, then **With AI**. Here you choose the document language, client and tax before generating.

## New document options

| Option | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Document type** | Proposal or invoice. |
| **Document language** | Arabic or English. Sets the document's language and the language the AI writes in. |
| **Client** | **From the prompt** takes the client's name from your description, or pick a saved client. You can add a new client with the button next to it. |
| **Tax** | **No tax**, VAT 15%, or a tax you added yourself. |
| **Describe your project** | The description itself, up to 4,000 characters. Click **Generate document** or press Ctrl + Enter. |

## Write a good description

The clearer your description, the closer the result is to what you want. Mention:

* **The services** you'll deliver, and the quantity of each if any.
* **The price or budget**, for the whole project or per service.
* **The client's name**, if you want it on the document.
* **Timing and payment terms** for proposals, such as "50% upfront, the rest on delivery".

  A good example: "A proposal for Al Rayhan Café's brand identity: logo, brand guidelines and 10 social media designs. 8,000 SAR in total, delivered in 3 weeks, 50% upfront."

After generating, the document opens in the editor. Check the prices and tax before you send it: the AI suggests, you decide.

## Edit with AI in the editor

Click **Ask AI** in the editor and write what you want changed, such as:

* "Make the summary more professional"
* "Add an IP clause"
* "Change the payment terms"

The change applies to the document right away. If you don't like it, use **Undo**.

## Monthly usage limits

| Plan | Monthly limit |
| - | - |
| **Free** | 5 documents a month, with AI or from scratch. AI edits count from the same balance. |
| **Pro** | 200 uses: each new document or AI edit counts as one use. |
| **Agency** | 600 uses, counted the same way. |

Your balance renews at the start of each month. When you reach the limit, a message shows your upgrade options. Compare plans in [Plans and pricing](/en/account/plans).
