# Exports & Sharing (PDF, Word, Excel)

> Download documents in multiple formats and deliver them via WhatsApp or direct email.

Deliver your proposals and invoices in whatever format your clients prefer, whether an official vector PDF, an editable Word file, or a dynamic Excel calculation sheet.

## Supported Export Formats

| **PDF** | High-resolution print-ready A4 document with crisp embedded typography. | Available on all plans (including Free) |
| **Image (PNG)** | Clean image render of the entire document for instant chat previews. | Pro and Agency plans |
| **Word Document (DOCX)** | Fully editable Microsoft Word file preserving tables and styling. | Pro and Agency plans |
| **Excel Spreadsheet (XLSX)** | Complete spreadsheet with **live calculation formulas** for totals and taxes. | Pro and Agency plans |

  On the Free plan, PDF downloads carry a small "Created with Muqtarah" watermark, which is completely removed on Pro and Agency tiers.

## Instant Sharing Options

1. **WhatsApp Share**: Launches WhatsApp with a pre-formatted message containing your document title, total amount, and secure link.
2. **In-App Email Delivery**: Send an official email directly from the platform to your client's inbox (requires Pro or Agency).
3. **Copy Link**: Grab the secure direct URL to paste into Slack, Telegram, or any communication channel.
